Ceramides, allantoin, and trehalose moisturize, soften, soothe the skin, and help maintain the proper level of hydration. Superoxide dismutase acts as an antioxidant, protecting the skin from sun damage. The emollients contained in the serum create a film on the skin that prevents excessive water evaporation from the surface, protecting the skin from external factors.
